Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do we have a store front? No, our business is internet based.

2. How are your training pants sized in comparison to Gerber training pants? Our pants are sized slightly larger than theirs for two reasons: a)we want to provide a more accurate fit as those tend to run small and b) our pants are 100% cotton (unless otherwise noted) and we like to allow for 5-7% shrinkage.

3. "I think I'd like your products, so could you send me a free [fill in the blank] to try?" Unfortunately, we cannot send samples. However, if you would like to read thorough reviews of our products, search the internet for reviews on mom blogs. In addition, some of our customers have posted reviews of our products here on the website.

4.Do you accept returns? Returns are accepted on new, unworn items in their original packaging (if applicable). We cannot accept worn/washed items for return. Returns are accepted withing 14 days of your order's delivered date. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.The restocking fee is always applied to orders that received free shipping, because...let's face it, shipping isn't free. It also applies when the item is in new condition but the packaging (if applicable) is damaged or missing. These items can be resold as new, but at a discount, hence, the restocking fee. Restocking fees do not apply to exchanges.

5. I have a blog and would like to review your product. After reviewing what does and does not work for our business, as of January 2015, I will no longer participate in blog reviews. Why? Because they don't help sell our product.

6. "Do you ship internationally?" Yes,as of April 2013, we ship via USPS First Class International or UPS. Please contact us at for assistance. Emails are generally responded to within the same day during weekday business hours, Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30 CST. If you would like a quote for a faster shipping method, please email us. If you know what items you would like to order and the quantity; please include this information in your email. Free shipping offers apply to USA addresses only.

7. "I have items in my cart but I can't checkout" Usually this indicates that you have items in your cart for which we don't have enough stock to fill. Decreasing the amount of the particular item (you should get a message in a red box if this occurs) will allow you to proceed to the check out screen. If you're still having difficulty, send an email to for assistance. If you're not seeing a continue or complete order button, please try viewing the site in another web browser. That usually solves the problem.

8. How absorbent are your cloth training pants?

8. Are your pants easy for a child to pull up and down? If they fit properly, the cloth (non-waterproof) training pants should allow for easy up and down. The waterproof pants are thicker and as so, some children might need assistance with these.

9. "Some item descriptions say waterproof, others say water resistant. What's the difference?" None. The two terms are used interchangeably here and both refer to polyurethane laminate fabric.

10. Origin of items: If an item's description says that it is imported, it is. Some of the snap side waterproof training pants and pocket diapers are imported from China. These diapers have a one year warranty: if there's ever a problem with your diaper elastic or snaps during the warranty period, send it back to us for replacement. The cloth (non-waterproof pants) are made in the USA. Some were sewn in an apparel factory in Texas and others were handmade by the business owner. B.U.B.s, partially waterproof, print all in one and sized cloth diapers, as well as extra absorbent multi-size training pants are all handmade by the business owner.I stand behind the items that I sell and promise excellent customer service.

11. Are your imported items safe? The manufacturer we work with in China has provided CPSIA lab test reports. In addition, we have had items tested for lead at a CPSC Certified Lab in the USA for our own reassurance and peace of mind. No lead was detected in any part of the diapers and training pants we submitted for testing: this includes the outer fabric, lining, soaker, snaps, woven labels, and laundry labels.
